We’ll organise a back-up sitter from our trusted network — briefed and ready.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel, please contact Small Ones as soon as possible.

Our cancellation policy is:

• Free if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance

• $15 fee if cancelled within 24 hours of the boking

• $30 fee if cancelled within 2 hours of the booking

Whilst we appreciate that paying by cash may be a convenient option, all payments for babysitting must be made through direct bank transfer as directed upon booking.

We understand that getting a new babysitter for the first time can be daunting. That is why we carefully select experienced babysitters who are compassionate, reliable, responsible, and dedicated to providing exceptional care. Additionally, all our babysitters hold valid Blue Cards and are certified in First Aid and CPR.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be provided with your sitter’s phone number and are welcome to call or message them to discuss expectations. If you’d prefer, you may also arrange a meet-and-greet before the booking to help your children feel comfortable. Simply confirm a suitable time with your sitter and make a booking online.
